At Iroha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion journey. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
